STEPS
  1. Python Turtle Graphics Design
  2. First Import Turtle
  3. Here, variable r is considered a Turtle.
  4. Set Turtle Speed.
  5. Set Line Width.
  6. Set Background Color as while. 
  7. Select Colors for the Design. Create a List of Colors.
  8. For Loop Initialization.
  9. Access Colors from the List inside Loop.
  10. Set Direction for Turtle.
